😭 Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your toy arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We may request photos or the item to be returned for assessment.

• Once confirmed, you’ll be offered a replacement, store credit or full refund of product costs.

💕 Exclusions

We are unable to refund or exchange:

• Toys damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or not following care instructions.

• Clearance, sale, or final-stock items (unless faulty).

• Personalized or custom-ordered items.

Change of Mind Returns

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping may be at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Pop the item back to us and keep your tracking number safe.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Used toys or opened potion play kits.

- Items marked as “final sale.”

⏳ Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
